A Great Day at the Lake!

We had a great day at the lake with the my whole family today! We had to enjoy the nice weather as it will probably be gone really soon. The kids all went tubing and we had a bbq and smores on the beach. Oh...I dont' want summer to end...

Sunny September Afternoon

Between soccers games and in the middle of the Husky game, we took a break to try out our new trail-a-bikes today. We had lots of fun, even though we only rode around the track over and over. It was a great way for Brad and I to get used to the feel of towing a wiggly bike behind. Connor is getting to be such a great rider on his own and Austin and Adi seemed to love their positions on the back of our bikes.

SCHOOL DAYS!

I can't believe we have two school-age children now (sniffle). Adison had her first day of Kindergarten today and Connor has now had four days of first grade. We are excited about their new school and they seem to have great teachers. They are happy with their experiences so far! In am now officially a chauffeur mom going to and from school 3 times a day!!

August Memories

We had a great summer. We were blessed to do a lot of fun things together as a family and spend time with friends and extended family. Now it's time to get back into a more regular routine. Start back up with work, school, dance, and soccer. Here's a little picture of the fun we had in August.

Trip to the Mariner game. The kids got to go down on the field after the game and run around the bases and see the Mariner Moose. That was a fun bonus!

Kauai

Brad and I had an amazing anniversary trip to Kauai. We loved it so much we are going back witht the kids next year!!! Yeah! We didn't do to much besides see all the must see sites and then spend a lot of time at our amazing hotel laying by the pool or lagoon reading books and relaxing. We had an enormous breakfast buffet every morning at the hotel overlooking the ocean and the beautiful hotel grounds and then would relax all day until it was time for dinner. What a life!
